- 1 cup nut milk
- 2 tsp tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 1 tbsp chia gel (chia seeds soaked in water or nut milk for 15 min)
- 1-2 oz dark organic chocolate
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 scoop of your favorite vegan protein powder (I like ALOHA)
Blend in your Vitamix or blender, sprinkle with cinnamon or cardamon and enjoy!
