Here's an aloe lime smoothie recipe that you can incorporate into your own diet.

1 frozen ripe banana
1 cup fresh pineapple or other sweet fruit
1 juice of 1 lime
1 tsp turmeric
1 ½ cups coconut water
1 tbsp fresh aloe gel or aloe juice
1 cup spinach or greens of your choice
honey to taste
ice optional

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
(I use a Vitamix)
