Cruzan Avocado Hummus

Yields1 Serving

 2 cups cooked organic chickpeas
 2 ripe Caribbean avocados
  cup tahini
 ¼ cup lime juice
 2 cloves garlic
 4 tbsp evoo
 ¼ tsp cumin
 ¼ tsp smoked paprika
 salt and pepper
 fresh herbs for garnishing or flavoring
 hot sauce on the side

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and mix until smooth.


Drizzle some evoo on top and sprinkle with additional paprika, salt, and pepper. Enjoy!
