Dragon Fruit Rose Sorbet

Yields1 Serving
 4 ripe magenta dragon fruit- flesh scooped out
 2 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
 4 tbsp sugar or fresh honey (one or the other)
 2 tbsp sparkling rose

Blend in a high speed blender or food processor and freeze in an ice cream maker until frozen.

If you do not have an ice cream maker you can simply pour your sorbet into a glass tray or dish and freeze until solid.
