- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup organic spinach
- 1 cup nut milk (I used coconut)
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple (or ice) and a sprinkle of ginger.
Add some chia seeds or flax to your Vitamix for a boost of omega 3’s. Cheers!
